Prices displayed at the time of booking are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on on-site inspection and is always confirmed with you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.
FIXWALA acts as a marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals. Professionals are not employees of FIXWALA. While we verify credentials and background, FIXWALA is not liable for the independent actions of professionals beyond the guarantees explicitly stated in our Service Warranty.
FIXWALA's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
